I created Dragonfly Beginnings, to provide a transformative and healing experience for clients by offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy services. Inspired by the dragonfly’s symbolism of change and self-realization, I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate their emotional and mental health challenges. I will guide them towards resilience, growth, and a healthier future, embracing the journey of personal transformation and emerging stronger and more fulfilled.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2017. Outside of my professional work, I’m a proud dog parent to two pups, Jake and Gogo. Staying active is a daily priority for me, whether it’s going for a run or hitting the gym. In my free time, I enjoy journaling, going to the movies, and spending time at the beach. I value finding a balance between solo activities and moments with friends and family, as these practices help me maintain my own mental health and well-being.
